Naples, FL Zip Codes: The Complete 2026 Guide
Naples, Florida has 17 zip codes: 34101, 34102, 34103, 34104, 34105, 34106, 34107, 34108, 34109, 34110, 34112, 34113, 34114, 34116, 34117, 34119 and 34120. Fourteen are standard delivery zip codes and three — 34101, 34106 and 34107 — are P.O. Box only. All of them sit in Collier County and use area code 239.
If you only needed the list, that’s it. If you’re buying, selling or moving here, the zip code matters more than most people expect. It decides your address, your flood zone lookup, your property tax district, your school assignment and, in a market this segmented, roughly what your home is worth.

The three zip codes that aren’t really places
This trips people up constantly. 34101, 34106 and 34107 are P.O. Box zip codes. Nobody lives in them — their populations are 13, 0 and 0 respectively.
If a form rejects your address in one of these, that’s why. You can receive mail there, but you can’t have a residence there. 34107 carries the alias “Vanderbilt” and 34108 carries “Coco River”, which is why address validators sometimes return an unfamiliar city name for a perfectly normal Naples address.
Why 34111, 34115 and 34118 don’t exist
Look at the sequence and you’ll notice gaps. There is no 34111, 34115 or 34118 in Naples.
Zip codes aren’t assigned in unbroken runs. The USPS allocates them by mail volume and route structure, leaving gaps for later expansion. Those three numbers were simply never activated. If you’ve been given one as an address, it’s a typo — most often 34112 or 34119.
Which Naples zip code is right for you?
This is the question behind most zip code searches, and it’s the one postal data can’t answer on its own.
34102 — the coastal core. Old Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores. The highest median household income in Collier County at $130,929, and the only zip in the county where the Census tops out its home-value bracket at “$2,000,000 or more” — meaning the true median sits above the highest figure the survey records. Walkable to Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South and the beach, and the heart of the Naples luxury market.
34103 — beach and bay, slightly north. Park Shore, The Moorings, Coquina Sands. Private beach parks, Venetian Village, and beachfront condo towers. Much of the same coastal access as 34102 with more mid-century inventory.
34108 — the most educated zip in the county. Pelican Bay, Bay Colony, Vanderbilt Beach. 60.4% of adults 25 and over hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, the only zip in Collier County above 60%. Three miles of private beach with tram access, the Waterside Shops and the Ritz-Carlton.
34110 and 34119 — the gated golf belt. Mediterra, Talis Park, Collier’s Reserve, The Dunes and Kalea Bay in 34110; Vineyards and Quail West in 34119. 34119 is the second-most populous zip in the county.
34114 — the fastest-growing zip in Collier County. Population grew 73.5% in ten years, from 13,580 to 23,559. Fiddler’s Creek, Winding Cypress, Naples Reserve. Newer construction, larger lots, more house per dollar — much of it new construction.
34120 — the most populous. 41,026 residents, roughly one in eight people in the county. Twin Eagles and the newer northeast Collier communities.
34112 and 34113 — the value end of coastal Naples. East Naples, Isles of Collier Preserve, Lely Resort. Closer to downtown than the northern golf communities at a materially lower price point.
What the numbers say about Naples as a whole
Across all Naples zip codes combined:
- Median home value: $607,078 — 86.8% above the Florida median, and up 34.3% since 2020
- Median household income: $93,195 — 18.7% above the national figure
- Median age: 53.7, and 67.0 within Naples city limits proper
- Bachelor’s degree or higher: 41.0% across all zips; 63.7% within city limits
- Owner-occupied homes: 83.1%, of which nearly half are owned free and clear with no mortgage
That last figure explains a lot about this market. In most of the country roughly a third of owners own outright. In Naples it is close to half, which is why the market behaves differently from mortgage-rate-driven markets elsewhere.
The spread inside the county is extreme. Median home values range 6.3× from bottom to top, and 34102 and Immokalee’s 34142 sit 34 miles apart with a 2.1× income gap between them.
Nearby zip codes people confuse with Naples
Marco Island is 34145 — a separate city about 16 miles south, not a Naples zip code. Goodland uses 34140. Within 34145, Hideaway Beach is the gated beachfront enclave on the island’s northwest tip.
Bonita Springs is 34134 and 34135, roughly 18 miles north. Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing and Barefoot Beach carry Bonita Springs addresses even though they are firmly part of the Naples-area market.
Immokalee is 34142, inland to the northeast. Everglades City is 34139 and Chokoloskee 34138, at the southern edge of the county.
Collier County has 26 zip codes in total — 17 standard and 9 P.O. Box — spanning 2,474 square miles, most of it protected Everglades land.
