Land & Sea International Realty is a full-service luxury real estate brokerage in Naples, Florida, founded in 2018 to handle waterfront and luxury property at a standard the volume brokerages do not attempt. Our founders have served Naples and Marco Island for 14 years. We hire only experienced agents, work with a deliberately small number of clients at a time, and treat discretion as part of the service rather than a courtesy.

Why We Opened in 2018
The large franchises recruit at scale. Anyone who passes the state exam can be licensed and put in front of a buyer the same month, and a seven-figure waterfront transaction can be handed to whoever answers the phone. That model works for the brokerage. It does not work for a client whose purchase turns on dock depth, bridge clearance, seawall condition, flood elevation or club eligibility.
We started Land & Sea to run the opposite model: fewer agents, all of them experienced, each capable of handling a multi-million-dollar transaction from first conversation to closing.
Who We Hire
We bring on only agents with the knowledge and sophistication to handle multi-million-dollar transactions: people who have closed them before, who can read a survey, question an elevation certificate, recognize what an aging seawall is about to cost, and negotiate without being the least informed person in the room.
